What are the Dates and Location of the 2025 Prime Jewelry Group Event?
Monday and Tuesday, August 11 and 12, 2025 at The Meritage in Napa Valley.
What is the Prime Cancellation Policy in the Event I am Unable to Attend after Airfare and Hotel Accommodations have been purchased for me?
Airline Tickets: If you are unable to attend the event once your airline ticket(s) have been purchased, Prime will transfer the airline ticket(s) into each traveler’s name(s) and will charge the ticket(s) to the pre-authorized credit card on file. At that time, the ticket(s) are valid for use and may be used up to one year from the ticket’s issue date by the ticketed traveler(s).
**Change and/or other miscellaneous airline fees are not included in and are subject to the policies of each individual airline.
Hotel Reservations: Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to (30) days prior to the arrival date. After thirty days, a penalty of one hotel-night’s accommodations may apply and will be charged to the pre-authorized credit card on file.
Are We Able to Extend our Trip Beyond the Complimentary Hotel Nights Offered by the Prime Group?
As a VIP guest, we welcome you to extend your stay before or after the event, taking advantage of Prime’s special group rate at your own expense. Additional nights at the Meritage are priced at the special Prime Group rate per night and can be reserved for you by the Prime Group staff when you register. This deeply discounted rate is available for three nights prior and three nights after the Prime Group Event and is subject to availability. Your additional nights will be billed to you directly by the hotel upon check-out.
How Many Orders are We Required to Place in Order to Meet the Buying Commitment?
The Prime Group encourages all hosted guests to purchase from as many of the Prime members’ product lines that they would like in order to meet the requirements of the buying level selected on the application. Shopping with at least two vendors is required.
